What is the iGoDirect Group Reloadable Card (the Card)?

The iGoDirect Group Reloadable card is a reloadable prepaid card which can be used to pay for goods and services from merchants in Australia and around the world who accept Mastercard prepaid Cards, including online purchase transactions.

The card is not a credit or debit card and does not earn interest.

Card fees and load limits apply (refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for more details). Cards are only available to eligible customers.

How does someone qualify for a Card?

Your Card is distributed by the iGoDirect Group (iGoDirect) on behalf of its clients. YOU MUST REGISTER your Card by providing your details, including 100 points of I.D., in order to activate the Card and to receive funds.

For all customers, to qualify for a Card they must meet the following criteria:

– They must be an Australian Resident

– Provide up-to-date name, date of birth and address details at the point of registration.

How does the Card work?

The Card will be loaded with funds, by iGoDirect on behalf of their clients, which Cardholders can then use to access the available balance to make purchases anywhere that Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted.

Where can the Card be used?

The Card can be used for in-person purchases, online and over the phone purchases. The Card will be accepted anywhere that Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted.

Are there any restrictions on the Card?

The Card may not be used, and an authorisation may be declined, for any illegal transactions. Some merchants may choose not to accept Mastercard prepaid cards. For further information please refer to PDS and Financial Services Guide (FSG).

Can online purchases be made with a the Card?

Yes, cardholders can make purchases for goods online. You should use the CVV (the 3 digit code on the back of your Card), plus the expiry date for these purchases.

Can cardholders add their own money to the Card?

No, cardholders are not able to add their own funds to the Card.

Where can I use my Card?

The Card can be used at any retail outlet where Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted, including online & over the phone. Some retailers may choose not to accept prepaid cards, so check with the retailer first.

How do I use my Mastercard Reloadable Card online?

You can use your card for online purchases by entering the card number, expiry date and the 3 digit code (CVV) found on the back of the card. Should the value of an item you are purchasing online exceed the value remaining on your card your payment may not be accepted and you will need to contact the merchant to confirm how the amount can be settled. Note that a currency conversion fee applies for transactions made in currencies other than Australian dollars.

Can change be given on Card transactions?

No, the Card is only used for payments through an EFTPOS terminal, online or over the phone and can be used until the balance reaches zero or expires.

How long can I use the Mastercard Reloadable Card?

Your Card expires on the date printed on the front of the card. When the Card expires, the Card account will be closed and any unused balance will be forfeited. When the card expires, the card should be destroyed by cutting it diagonally in half.

Is my Card balance updated automatically?

Yes, each time your Card is loaded with funds or use your Card and the purchase is approved, the amount is automatically deducted from the Card balance. If a transaction is declined because the balance is insufficient for the purchase, no funds will be deducted from the Card.

How do I check my Card balance?

To check the balance of your Card go online at Here, you can enter your card number and the PIN code which came with your Card (if you have forgotten your PIN, you can change it PIN by visiting You should ensure there is sufficient value available on your Card for the cost of the purchase. You will be able to view your transactions and the remaining balance of the Card.

What happens if my Card is damaged, lost or stolen?

You should keep your Card secure. Please see full terms and conditions here or at If the Card or magnetic stripe becomes damaged, contact us and arrange to return the card. We will cancel the damaged card and send you a new card, holding your remaining balance.
