An Australian-based energy company backed by Australia’s largest producer of renewable energy. The company provides electricity services and has also expanded into gas services.
The business added a new gas service to their product suite. This branch of the company needed to gain market share in the gas industry, acquire new customers and upsell existing customers. As customer acquisition increased, Rewards Come True managed printing, fulfilment, and delivery of all rewards to streamline distribution. Creative assets from the promotion were used to build a customised cardholder portal where recipients could easily activate their card online.
The eftpos gift card proved a successful incentive in radio and TV advertising. Customer acquisition was 450% higher than initial projections with ongoing fulfilment playing a key role in increasing demand. The tangible, branded incentive provided word-of-mouth referrals with significant increase in brand recognition and growth in the customer database.
