A well-known confectionary manufacturer were considering amending their product line-up and wanted a feel for public opinion.

Promote sales and gain insight to the brand’s customer base for future product development.

Solution

The company arranged a high-reach marketing campaign promoting a sweepstake of prizes where each pack was issued with a unique code.  Rewards Come True assisted in setting up an online entry form for customers to provide their details and unique pack code to see if they had won an instant prize.  Instant prizes were issued in the form of varying amounts of cash in the form of an eftpos gift card and mailed to individual recipients.  Non-winners went in to a second chance draw to win a high value eftpos gift card ‘cash’ prize.  Entrant details and feedback were provided to the manufacturer to add to their customer market information and marketing database.
