At the end of each quarterly sales period, a report was issued to Rewards Come True who then managed the direct mail distribution of eftpos gift cards to individual reward recipients with their qualifying reward amount. Rewards Come True included agreed security questions for the gift cards to be activated to ensure only the intended recipient was able to activate and spend the reward.
