Founder and CEO Pat Dalton wanted to do things differently. She had run behaviour-based marketing campaigns and wanted to bring her know-how into the direct mail sector. Her goal was simple – to deliver the right leads to the right customers. So she set about creating a company built on data-driven strategy and sophisticated audience understandings.

This is the foundation of our parent company, iGoDirect.

With a bit of knowledge and a lot of self-belief, Pat took an audacious leap —  ditching her day job. She wanted to build a successful, no-nonsense, client-focused marketing company.

The company’s genesis centred around direct mail services where, through our website, clients could input data and gauge their campaign’s return on investment. Our data-driven approach worked, clients saw returns and we grew with them.

2001

Pat launched a website where marketers could estimate return on direct mail campaigns.

It did not go unnoticed. iGoDirect won Best New Direct-marketing Service, Pan Pacific Marketing and New Media Exhibition.

2005

The team were looking for ways to improve outcomes for clients when they stumbled across branded eftpos gift card case studies in the USA. Realising the potential, they brought the concept to Australia and integrated it into our direct mail and loyalty programs.

2006

The results were so outstanding that a dedicated company branch was established. Rewards Come True extended iGoDirect’s offerings, with a focus on reward card programs.

2018

Rewards Come True now designs and delivers over one thousand rewards programs every single year. Our behaviour-changing programs ensure that a reward given is always a reward returned.
